Adult ADHD
Adult ADHD counseling in Ormond Beach
Practical tools for a busy mind: focus, follow-through, and the frustration that comes with them.
How counseling helps with ADHD
Counseling for adult ADHD focuses on healthy coping: practical strategies for focus, organization and time, and ways to handle the frustration and self-criticism that often come along with it.
What we work on
We build systems that fit how your mind actually works, practice them between sessions, and adjust what doesn’t stick. Because ADHD often comes with anxiety or low mood, we work on those too when they’re part of the picture.
If you’re wondering whether you have ADHD, we can talk about where to get a full evaluation. I don’t prescribe medication.
This might be you if
- You’ve been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult

FAQ
Common questions
Do I need a diagnosis to start?
No. You can start with what you’re struggling with day to day. If a formal evaluation would help, we’ll talk about where to get one.
Do you prescribe medication?
No. I’m a counselor, not a prescriber. If medication might help, talk with your doctor or a psychiatrist; counseling and medication often work well together.
Can I do this online?
Yes. Sessions are available by secure video anywhere in Florida, or in person at the office at 785 W Granada Blvd in Ormond Beach.
