Grief counseling in Ormond Beach
Room to grieve, and healthy ways to keep going. In person in Ormond Beach or online anywhere in Florida.
How grief counseling works here
Grief doesn’t follow a schedule. We use the stages of grief as a map rather than a timetable. They help name what you’re feeling, not tell you where you should be by now.
Alongside that we work on healthy ways to cope: sleep, routine, the people around you, and what to do on the days it hits hardest. The aim is to carry the loss and still live your life.
Not only after a death
Grief also follows divorce, the end of a career, a move, a diagnosis or an empty nest. If a loss is weighing on you, it counts. Some of that work overlaps with life transitions.
This might be you if
- You’ve lost someone close and you’re not okay
- People expect you to be further along by now
- Some days the grief comes out of nowhere
- You’re grieving another kind of loss: a marriage, a job, a version of your life

Whenever you’re ready. Some people come within weeks; others come years later, when the grief still feels stuck.
Is what I’m feeling normal?
Grief looks different for everyone. If it feels overwhelming, stuck, or like it’s taking over your life, that’s a good reason to talk to someone.
Can I do this online?
